Anger that is running your life does not have to.
Anger is not the problem. Anger is a natural, healthy human emotion. The problem is when it becomes disproportionate, difficult to control, or is causing damage to your relationships, your work, or your own wellbeing.

Persistent, disproportionate anger is rarely just about the trigger. Beneath the surface it is most commonly rooted in:
Trauma keeps the nervous system in high alert. When the threat response is constantly primed, minor provocations can trigger a full-scale reaction.
Anger is one of the most common — and least acknowledged — responses to loss. Grief that has not been fully processed often surfaces as irritability or rage.
Shame and anger are deeply connected. Explosive anger can be a defence — a way of projecting outward what feels unbearable to sit with inside.
Anger often emerges where someone has felt profoundly powerless or controlled — a response to long-term boundary violations or coercive relationships.
Signs your anger may need support
- Anger responses that feel out of proportion to the trigger
- Saying or doing things in anger that you later deeply regret
- Anger that seems to come from nowhere and escalates rapidly
- Persistent irritability or a feeling of being permanently on edge
- Damage to relationships at home, at work, or with friends
- Feeling ashamed or confused by your own anger
- Physical symptoms during anger: racing heart, tunnel vision, shaking
The approach
Works directly with emotional and identity imprints that fuel disproportionate anger — patterns like "I am always disrespected." Many clients notice a significant reduction in reactivity after just one or two sessions.
Where anger is rooted in trauma, BLAST helps the brain reprocess those experiences so the nervous system is no longer firing as though the threat is still present.
Helps the subconscious mind develop new, calmer response patterns and strengthens the internal resources needed to pause before reacting.
What clients say
"Feeling positively amazing! Confident, happy, free from doubt, free from anxiety and rage. If you are in need of a positive change, this is the therapy you are looking for."

Questions
Is this the same as anger management?
No. Anger management focuses on controlling anger in the moment. My approach addresses and resolves the root cause — so the intensity of the response changes at the source.
Will I lose control in a session?
No. Sessions are calm, structured and safe. We work with memories and emotional patterns in a way that does not provoke or escalate anger during the session itself.
Could my anger be related to trauma years ago?
Very possibly. Anger rooted in old trauma is extremely common and often goes unrecognised — particularly where original experiences were normalised or occurred in childhood.
